How to Volunteer at Playing for Keeps
Most volunteer opportunities at Playing For Keeps fall into one of these categories:
- Planning and on-site help at our national conferences, which are generally held about every eighteen months. Please send an e-mail to conference@playingforkeeps.org if you are interested in helping with our next conference.
- Research opportunities such as helping us document part of the knowledge base about play (a great semester project for students!) or conducting a research opportunity under the auspices of Playing for Keeps. If you're interested, send an email to eklugman@playingforkeeps.org.
- If you enjoy reading and then writing about what you read, we are seeking volunteers to do reviews of books on play, ranging from reviews of new scholarly work to guide books for parents. For more information, send an email to soliver@playingforkeeps.org.
- Professional services (pro bono services such as design, public relations, legal, website enhancement or updates, etc.) Please send an e-mail to soliver@playingforkeeps.org.
Thank you for your interest!
