Registration

Refund Policy
Refunds will be paid within 60 days of written requests under these conditions: • Before 8-31-04: full refund less a 15% processing fee.
• Between 9/01/04 and 9/30/04, full refund less a 25% processing fee.
• No refunds will be made for requests received after 9-30-04.
• No refunds will be made for paid registrants who do not attend the conference unless the registrant produces documentation of a medical or family emergency.

Registrants should note that our receipt of a completed registration form with payment provides Playing for Keeps with exclusive ownership of photographs and other images taken at the conference by our photographers and recorders of the registrant or any other person in their party, and provides your consent to use them.
